Looks like my dream of Flip coaching the Bulls is about to come to an end.

Next up, Tom Thibodeau.

I wouldn't mind seeing

Thibodeau as one of Vinny’s assistants if they could pry him away from the Celtics.

Brad Miller's pump fake will paralyze you. We call it the Cobra.

And apparently Eddie Jordan is in talks with the Kings

Barf. Maybe take another look at some experienced assistants from Utah/LA/SA, or pray that Denver fails again in the 1st round and George Karl comes by?

That Steve Nash is exactly the same as Kirk Hinrich, but worse.

Tom Thibodea: NOOOOTTTT

Has yfBB convinced anyone else that they won’t be getting a new coach this summer? He has me.

Flip Saunders + Blake Griffin/Jordan Hill/Hasheem Thabeet could equal one of the greatest turn-arounds in NBA history next year. (I list big men because I think these guys could have a more immediate impact, especially at 20 mpg. However, someone like Gerald Henderson, if he could come in playing lock-down D, might be the “best” answer.)

Viva la nuance! Reading comprehension rules!!!

Yes.

With tickets being sold at a discount and corporate sponsorship drying up, JR is not about to eat $2M to replace a coach whose team made the playoffs.

Maybe we can?

Yeah, I've been convinced for a while that Vinny was going to be returning - much to my chagrine.

Thibodeau is my last white whale for a coach. I have been touting Flip and Thibs as Vinny replacements and was advocating for them back when we were still looking for a coach, pre-Vinny.

If Thibs gets hired up by someone else, I’ll shut up about replacing him and just accept Vinny, I guess. I’ll still bitch about his bonehead decisions, though.

Fire Vinny.

This is the risk of sitting through VDN's 'growing pains'

It’s like we’re the Grizzlies or something.
