Comcast - Vinnie said, paraphrasing, he'll coach the team and make decisions as he sees fit. Nobody knows this team better than he (Vinnie does). Rose will play in the 4th quarter but he wants to do things, he'll do what he wants.

His demeanor was very firm, even defiant.

(Also I think somewhere in there, reiterated, he (Vinnie) decides who plays and when.)

Oh boy.

Who the hell does he think he's kidding?

“Yeah, I’m going to platy Rose in the 4th quarter, because the GM told me to. But yeah, I’m the one making the decisions around here! Really, I am!”

Why resort to name calling?

Next Paxson

hires a patsy for the season, he should make sure the patsy knows he’s a patsy

Sounds like a man destined for unemployment very soon.

Vinny needs to go. Let Harris or Bernie coach

After the game tonight Vinny sounded like a loser.

He sure did. He sounded like he was not the coach. I think he said that we was not ready to play

from the beginning….well duh…..that is what you are for. To get them ready. This is the coach saying this. Vinny is not ready to coach a team, not yet. He needs more seasoning. He needs to sit under some coaches first and that is what Pax should have hired.

If he wanted to hire a new coach then he should have hired a person who AT LEAST have sat under some coaching before. Hell Pete Myers probably would be a better coach than Vinny at least he sat under some coaching even to learn how not to coach when he gets a team himself.

If it's true that Bickerstaff, Harris and Ociepka (sp?)...

…aren’t being listened to by the coach, it’s possible they could come in mid-season and get some respect from the players.

I AM VINNY, HEAR ME . . .

This is pathetic. He probably asked permission from Paxson to say this.

I'm Backing Vinny on this issue! Fire Paxson First!

Right or Wrong, mostly wrong of Vinny for not previously playing Rose in 4th qtrs, no big deal Paxson he’s a rookie coach whom you hired.

Paxson spoke with Vinny about this situation.. Ok right decision by Pax,

Critically wrong decision next by Paxson to discuss in detail this interchange by him and Vinny on radio program to the media. Dead Wrong! Period! Paxson should have been more terse and just said “me and Vinny are in discussions”
since Vinny didn’t publically or most like privately in Paxson’s person disagree with him.

How can you be a sell out of a first year rookie coach with no previous coaching experience? Unless you feel heat and need a scape goat or you own personal character is degenerating and your’re now turning into a baby Dorf with your own set of personal ethics, or both?

Vinny fires back at Paxson using the same media .. “man up” Vinny is totally right and justified … although he is very inexperienced in coaching and it shows, he’s right on this issue…!

Fire Paxson First!

Then send Vinny to a junior H.S to learn by coaching the 7th grade boys team..

man up!

If this accelarates Vinny's departure,

then I’m all for it. But seriously, this is a bit pathetic. One year we have teammates suspending teammates and now we have the two more prominent faces of the franchise bickering like little girls? To think this used to be the proudest franchise in sports!
