Ben Wallace #1 on 'Most Overpaid' List
Yes, this was an easy one. But it still feels good to know he's not bogging down our salary cap or team... WOOHOOOO!!!
Still, the list is not complete--no Larry Hughes for example.

It's funny though
I was watching the Cavs vs Hawks game, and the announcers still feel the need to kiss his ass saying things like, he plays such great defense and really helps his team, they’ll obviously love to have him back and will have a real hole……
Funny too when Anderson’s been a much better player on both ends the last 2 years and the Cavs keep right on winning.
Have they watched him lately or looked at his stats?

Eh, Ben Wallace has started every game and played 24mpg on a 47-12 team.
It’s hard to say he’s the most overpaid… how much better could the Cavs be than 47-12?

Fact is it's not
BC of Ben Wallace that they’re 47-12 at all, and in fact they’re cruising right along without missing a step without him….
If he made $3M a year, sure, but for his $14M or whatever, ee-gads.

Are the Cavs 47-12 if they put Drew Gooden in there instead?

No, but probably no worse....they might be
the same or better if Andy played 30 minutes per game, and would definately be better if they had money next year to get say a Lamar Odom for Drew’s salary….etc.

In unrelated news
the sky is blue, puppies are cute, and somewhere Larry Hughes just missed when trying to throw his napkin in the garbage.
