I want the 7th seed so bad!
Orlando just won so if they can hold on, I would much prefer to play the Magic than the Celts

Since Nelson went down we are competitive with Orlando
Tomorrows Miami game is going to critical. Detroit should lose to LA. We win we tie for 7th. I would love Hinrich to start and defend Wade. Hinrich usually does a good job against Wade.

I like how we match up with Boston
Rondo – Rose
Allen – Gordon
Pierce – Salmons
Garnett – Tyrus
Perkins – Noah
Our players play the same style at each of the five positions, it’s weird. And yeah, we’re worse at all five (except maybe center), but if Atlanta can force a Game 7 on a healthy, year younger Celtics team, I’d give us an outside shot against a banged up, older Celtics team. Count me in among those who think the Bulls are a top 5 team in the East.

Noah is definitely better than Perkins, at least, in my view. I think Perkins is widely overrated.
Then again, that could be because my best friend is an obnoxious C’s fan whose homerism knows no bounds.

perkins was basically voted
in the si players poll as the most overrated player… well kinda. the poll was which player thinks he is way better than he is. and perkins got the most votes. :D

it's cause he's a huge shit-talker now that he has KG as his frontcourt pal
when he was playing for a 20 some-odd win team the year before, he didn’t say anything, because he knew he wasn’t hot shit. Incredible what better teammates did for his ego.
Paul Pierce has seen the same thing happen – I’m thinking of his proclamation this summer that he was the best player in the world, which is of course crazy-talk, he’s not even the best player on his own team.

Yeah I think they later mentioned that
Whatever crowd he was talking to was like over seas or something and he thought it wasn’t going to spread.

Completely agree
I don’t honestly think we can win against any of the big 3, but I like our chances against Orlando the best.
Then I watch Dwight get a double-double in the first quarter against the Celtics, and realize we’d be dependent on getting him to play 4 bad games.

Brandon Rush shut D-Wade down today
Wade: 5/24, 21 points in 38 minutes, Heat lose to the Pacers. Rush shut down Raja Bell (easier, I know) the game before that too, and the Pacers won by 25.

Hopefully Kirk was taking notes. Then again, he usually hassles Wade pretty well. Last game he
was gimpy so DWade got to have his fun.
Hopefully Kirk playing well and being healthy will help slow Wade down – probably won’t be able to completely shut him down, but slowing him up should be enough to knock off the Heat.

hopefully rose is also playing
or gordon brings his A game. Id feel alot more confident in hinrichs d if all he had to do was focus at that one area…if he devoted all his energy to keeping wade at bay we really can win….
On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!

What do the Bulls have to do and also the Magic
so these two teams meet in the playoffs?
I’m guessing this would be the best situation for the Bulls, since I’m assuming if Garnett is healthy they have no prayer against the Celts or LeBron since everyone knows the Commish wants either them or LeBron in the finals for tv ratings and I’m convinced the officials will do everything in their power to make that happen.
If you can't answer a man's arguments, all is not lost. You can still call him vile names.

At least it seems the officials hate the NBA a little at the moment
Though that probably won’t effect anything.
But hey at least the Heat are coming off a back to back as well. Wade still played close to 40 minutes in a blow out seems kinda odd but we’ll take it. (surely he’ll seem like hes had 3 days rest though) And Ben usually torches the Heat.
