The Bulls franchise value increased last year to $511 million
I'm guessing the Bulls have once again won the Forbes Profitability Championship.

Operating Income
51 million good for #2 behind the Lakers
12/31: Fire Vinny Del Negro.
And the Lakers' operating income was $51.1 million, so the Bulls were a close second
No wonder the Chairman let Ben Gordon go!
Why Ben Gordon money and go into luxury tax when your team sucks anyway?

Because as we have now seen
the team turns into utter shit without BG.
We miss you, Ben Gordon!

I'd rather have a shitty year this year and sign a big FA...
than keep BG and not have enough money to pay a max contract and derrick rose.
Because Chicago's a big market (largest city with only 1 NBA team, i think)...
the franchise established a dynasty with an NBA star, and they paid said star $25 million a year.
so we get what the Nets and Knicks don't want.

you are dumb.
1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

Because maybe he had a bigger impact on the offense than anyone knew.
He was the lone offensive stud on a team of defenders.
In the past 10 years, just four team owners have not paid a luxury tax and are not on pace to pay one this year: Donald Sterling, Jerry Reinsdorf, Chris Cohen (Golden State), Bob Johnson (Charlotte).
Two owners’ teams averaged an operating income of over +$10 million per year while their teams have lost over 60% of their games: Donald Sterling and Jerry Reinsdorf.
I can't tell if you're doing a bit anymore.

Good thing they didn't resign that greedy Ben Gordon
This is ridiculous. They increased by 2 % when most teams lost value, are in a huge market, and spend like it’s freakin’ Milwaukee! The Lakers came in 1st and they spend plenty. The Knicks have always been free spenders just not wisely.
