Your giving Johnson too much credit. He can shoot better than Salmons but....

He’s not a great defender, he’s not very athletic, he wants to be the man and he complains if teamates alot. I always hated his game.

by Mr Rhythm on Dec 9, 2009 6:27 PM CST up reply actions

Better rebounder,he can take over games, and good passer.

Salmons never passes.and a good rebounder.seems like you hate JJ as much as I hate lechoke.

by T.Moore on Dec 9, 2009 6:34 PM CST up reply actions

Does he really do that a lot?

I thought that was one situation where he was saying people were playing outside their role. There were actually people doing that last year. I wouldn’t mind Joe telling that to a guy like Salmons to not take stupid shots thats for the top player to do heh.

kirk hinrich fears shooting for whatever and doesnt shoot
when he does shoot, he misses….

there’s no great post play from this lauded hawk team. jon barry is annoying, then he speaks and it’s worse.

the name of the team is The DIAMONDBACKS

the Bulls only have one player who can draw a double team

and that’s the real problem, once Rose is trapped then we gotta depend on shitty players for offense

Better term would be

people who are good finishers inside.

by BigBabyCollin on Dec 9, 2009 7:03 PM CST reply actions

You cant judge this team based on missing key guys

including BG. and if you look at draft history, they drafted the right guys at the time.. Its just unlucky we didnt get to pick wade..

how the hell has this team

even won 7 games?

I can't even watch this anymore.

The announcers don’t even watch them enough to offer anything more on analysis than cliches.

In the past 10 years, just four team owners have not paid a luxury tax and are not on pace to pay one this year: Donald Sterling, Jerry Reinsdorf, Chris Cohen (Golden State), Bob Johnson (Charlotte).

Two owners’ teams averaged an operating income of over +$10 million per year while their teams have lost over 60% of their games: Donald Sterling and Jerry Reinsdorf.

If I could tolerate it, I'd be interested to go back and listen to VDN's commentary

For that matter, does anyone remember the Pax commentary years? Aside from bitching about Jalen Rose I don’t remember a lot.

by Sports2 on Dec 9, 2009 7:26 PM CST up reply actions

Thats what I don’t like and then you’ll have fans always just saying the same thing they do. “jump shooting team” “post player” “defense wins championships”.(especially Barry hes the king now) I wonder if they research before they have to take on these games.

Hinrich stinks.

(Okay, that D wasn’t bad; it was a good shot by Hinrich.)

Only good thing to take away from games as of late

by Option27 on Dec 9, 2009 7:12 PM CST reply actions

u missed him limp to the freethrow line

i think its better to say his swagger is back…the game started off and he was looking to pass again, but he turned it over those times…i kept yelling through the tv for him to stop looking for everyone else and just have tunnel vision…i like that hes been doing that for most of the game now, even if he misses its not so bad…hes just gotta look at the rim and nothing more…what its gonna do is eventually the defense is gonna pay more attention to him, and deng and noah should be able to get points when the defense drops its guard…

that really is the only offense the bulls have…

no

he needs to be aggressive of course, but tunnel vision?

by marionette on Dec 9, 2009 7:18 PM CST up reply actions

yes i want tunnel vision for now

everytime another player, whether it be kirk, salmons, miller, noah, taj, or deng….whenever they call for the ball rose stops his dribble and tries to oblige…if noah is trying to back horford down and is calling for the ball, please dont give it to him, instead attack the rim and when horford truns to face u, have noah dunk it behind his back….but nope, rose lets noah try his hook, which misses completely, same with salmons on the peremeter…

Bulls know what they're doing

Keep VDN, tank this season . . . get a cheap top draft pick and fill him in at the 4, let Tryus walk away and tell Wade that it’ll work

just to show up an spout your ignorance on mic.

but even barry realized late how retarded their laughter was on that two for one.
