According to Hollinger, the Bulls only have a 17% chance of making the playoffs. I guess he hasn't been watching them play...

I'd say they have 5% chance of making the playoffs.
1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

Too optimistic.
20 to 25 wins this season.

Based on point differential, looking at about 23 wins at this rate.
