Around SBN: Jerry Sandusky's Wife Tries To Run A Reporter Over

You want a better team? You want to go back to a winning tradition? You want your voice heard? Let me tell you how.

In order for us to get the change in quality of team that we deserve as loyal and die-hard fans, we need to make our voices heard. I know many rich folks wouldn't take advice from the common blue collar guy, but that's who is making the bulls owners and operators rich. THE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUYS, US...So I am saying lets hit this Reinsdork guy where it hurts, his wallet. I am making a plea to all fans who love this team and are sick of the losing mindset and tradition we have been given for almost a decade now. BAN THIS TEAM!!! Don't pay for tix to the game, don't buy merchandise, don't even pay for NBA TV. Cut off the life-blood to this org, and then let them figure why all the fans have deserted them, and why they are suddenly not raking in the money on a losing franchise as they are now. I would love to see all the bulls fans ban this team, but I am only one man, and can't do it all. And the sad part is, many fans are loyal, loyal to a fault. They would never deprive their beloved team from their dollars. Well, if the bulls org keeps seeing profits, and keeps seeing sell outs in the United Center, why would they bother spending more money for better players or coaches?? It doesn't make sense from a business standpoint. So my suggestion is hurt them in the wallet, and they will be forced to provide a more quality product. Will you help? Or will you continue spending your hard earned cash on a team who can care less about you or your fellow Chicagoan???

Poll
Will you stop giving your hard earned cash to an Org that doesn't care about you, me or winning?
No, I am so loyal that I will continue to support them even if they don't care about me.

Yes, I am tired of wasting my hard earned cash on an org that doesn't care about me or winning.

Good idea, but it will not work because some fans will continue to financially support this team.

where's my poll response?

‘’No, I’m a white collar guy"

I won’t tell people how to spend their money, and nobody else should either. In fact, if income went down for Reinsdorf, you think he’s going to put MORE into expenses?

i think his income going down wont effect him at all

but it will show the discontent the fans and the city have with this team. If the stadium is sold out every dreadful loss, or if the salmons and Johnson and Gibson jerseys are flying off the shelves, then why would he think the fans are upset or want some change? And I wouldn’t tell anyone how to spend their money either, but Im suggesting that a stand be taken, if you are a fan who is sick of this losing state of mind we have been in, then show it with your dollars.

Possibly

It might lead to a recognition that this particular well isn’t endless. Or it might lead to him selling to someone who gives a shit.

I don’t look at that as telling folks how to spend their money. I look at it as reviewing a product. The product this team is selling isn’t one I want to buy, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

There’s lot of ways to spend your money out there, guys. $1575 (the cheapest Bulls season ticket) will get you a big screen TV, a bunch of beer, and a few nights out. Works for me.

For the more adventurous, it’ll get you 78 $20 whores and $15 left over just burning a whole in your pocket. Sounds better than watching the Bulls at least.

So...

One shouldn’t tell someone how to spend their money, but they should be able to tell someone else that they shouldn’t tell someone else how to spend their money?

Specious.

Well said.....This is the kind of thinking that makes the world so screwed up....

The bulls got the famous “COME ON MAN” from ditka and the guys on the Monday Night Countdown show…How pathetic, how inept, how embarassing….

I’ve haven been to a game since I was like 10. Banning a team never works. JR really doesn’t care either way. Every shitty team’s fan with shitty owners brings up the don’t go to games thing…it doesn’t even work. It’s like the whole national don’t buy gas thing. It’s cool to say stuff like that but do you really think Reinsdorf is gonna be fazed if he sees a few games with less than average attendance.

I think this city already has stopped buying tickets...

If you noticed before the seson even started nearly all of the home games had tickets go on sale for half price (minus premium games). Now they have all of the home games for december at half price. I think people stopped buying tickets a while ago for face value. The only reason people are showing up is because the tickets are relatively cheap.
