Effing Injuries

It is frustrating to be a Bulls fan. 2009-2010 season couldve been the start of something special for the Bulls, instead they are taking a step back with all of the grueling injuries the team has suffered thus far.

Star-divide

It began in the pre-season, this was supposed to be a monster year for Derrick Rose. It certainly looked like it was going to be but then the stupid ankle injury happened. For a guy who was hit by a major injury for the first time ever in his career, it certainly affected him physically and psychologically. Of course he hasn't been the same player ever since, everytime he attempts to attack the rim, the injury is at the back of his mind. He has been taking an unfair amount of crticisms ever since. He looks like he is back on track, but still he looks like half the man he was last year. He was forced to be a mid range shooting guy, add the fact that this team really has no true scorer and shooter, he looked doubly awful because he has no one to pass to.

Tyrus Thomas, Vinny del Coach O's favorite player. We certainly miss his shot blocking presence, dunking and entertaining game. Stupid fractured forearm. Now there are talks of the Al Harrington trade. Its stupid. They are basically the same players, the only thing is Tyrus is younger, and way more athletic.

Kirk Hinrich. He is our sixth man. Stupid thumb injury. Now we have to rely on fat Lindsey playing 20 minutes a night. While the Bulls have been awful thus far, they are 2-9 at the road, and 5-1 at home, we have yet to see them play at 100%. I hope at one point this month, everybody will be healthy, so that we can play teams at full strength, and prevent all these blowout non sense. Its heartbreaking to see them lose games they couldve had a chance to  win because of these effing injuries.

PS: LeBron James, **ck you. Im praying to god that you don't suffer a career ending injury anytime soon, because if you do...

Call the wahmbulance

Injuries affect every team. No excuses. This is why good GMs build teams with quality depth. Too bad ours didn’t

+1

Yes, we’ve been a little unlucky, but we still shouldn’t be this bad.

M 80- So what does Portland give up? Big D- Nothing, Pritchard is such a genius that teams just give him players for free. (Comments from Blog a Bull on July 9, 2009)

we really have no right to complain about injuries

esp. compared to the people who drafted greg oden

I support the Tornado Release ... and Young Bucks.

Oden has the Sam Bowie/Bill Walton syndrome. Portland should never draft a center with a top 10 pick again.
