i would do either

Randolph/Magette for Hinrich and Tyrus (my preferred trade) or

Randolph and Magette for Deng or

Randolph and Turiaf for Salmons.

I don’t think Golden State would trade Tyrus for Randolph straight up, I think they are looking for a veteran piece.

He's very good

But peeps question his work ethic which makes him suck in Bulls world

by Option27 on Dec 16, 2009 7:10 PM CST up reply actions

isnt that the mantra for pretty much all trades?

On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!

He's not good enough.

To be lazy, you have to be good. See: Aaron Gray.

In the past 10 years, just four team owners have not paid a luxury tax and are not on pace to pay one this year: Donald Sterling, Jerry Reinsdorf, Chris Cohen (Golden State), Bob Johnson (Charlotte).

Two owners’ teams averaged an operating income of over +$10 million per year while their teams have lost over 60% of their games: Donald Sterling and Jerry Reinsdorf.

we should do a blockbuster trade with them, hinrich and deng

for monta and randolph, plus fillers blah blah

If I think of nothing, am I thinking?

by Juan dela Cruz on Dec 16, 2009 8:09 PM CST reply actions

Oh wow, another uber-athletic 3/4 with no defined role, questionable work ethic, and a cult following

We already know the ending to this story.

The 2009 White Sox....like a 40 degree day.

He gets traded somewhere else, then blossoms

I wonder how Josh Smith would’ve done here … probably like TT, maybe worse.

I support the Tornado Release ... and Young Bucks.

hahaha

Out coaching VDN, so easy a cave man could do it.

A good coach would find a way to use him regardless....

Trade

GSW gets Deng

Bulls get Randolph and Maggette

12/31: Fire Vinny Del Negro.

Rad has a player option doesnt he?

in other words we would be stuck with him and salmons, 11 million that go nowhere? might as well keep deng

Rad can shoot the 3. He's kind of Tim Thomasesque

But it still shaves several million off our cap figure for next year.

For that matter, how about
Tyrus+Deng for Wright, Randolph, Azubuike, Claxton

Basically, we’d be trading Deng and Tyrus for 3 guys that are out for the season and Randolph. But…
Next season we replace Deng’s $11.3M salary with the trio of Wright, Randolph and Azubuike for something like $7.9M.

So we get three interesting young players and cap space. If you were gonna blow things up and rebuild, that wouldn’t be a terrible way to go.

Sign me up!

Love me some Azubuike.

Metal sharpens metal.

And this guy right here understands and knows what leadership is all about: The coach, the hall of famer......... Dick Butka! George Ryan

Tyrus AND Randolph, huh?

What, isn’t Stromile Swift available? Might as well get the original model…

; >

by RichKarp on Dec 17, 2009 11:10 AM CST reply actions

Thats funny

Swfit<Tyrus<Randolph, wow lets get the updated version, this model keeps getting better and better, we need to see who on LSU’s squad will be the new model of lean/athletic PF

by QUINTEN DALEY on Dec 17, 2009 12:19 PM CST up reply actions

If Tyrus didn’t work here, RAndolph won’t. Randolph is a legit 7 footer with actual skills but he needs a lot of development. We have NO development skills here…so why even bother taking Randolph? This is like Tyrus:the next generation.

by C Smoove on Dec 17, 2009 1:13 PM CST reply actions

agreed

tyrus will be replaced by randolf in more ways than one…

For one, Randolph is only 20.

I guess if we get a real coach in here he could blossom.

Tyrus is only what 22/23…same old song.
