He can definitely improve his defensive rebounding, but otherwise I'm pretty pleased.
His jumper is better than I thought, he finishes decently, plays hard (I consider this a skill, a la Dork Elvis school of thought), and is very active on the offensive glass.
We actually look pretty sharp at times, it's just that Boston is a lot better

Salmons *has* to opt out of his contract.
Imagine this:The decreased income and salary cap along with Salmons continued struggles result in him NOT opting out of his contract.
Bulls would not have enough cap space to sign a big free agent.
Salmons and/or Hinrich should be traded for expiring crap (if there are any takers).
However, as crappy as the Bulls are, the only 2010 free agents that would come are mid-level talents looking to get paid.
