They are a low scoring team that uses its defense to keep them in the game.

That can actually work on good teams now and then. Remember the Skiles Bulls. Unfortunately it also means when they go up against a similar team their offense gets even worse. If the Bulls closed off the 3pt line the whole game this wouldn’t have been close.

NOAH'S SCORE IS play of the game!LOL

General manager needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn't happen.

last year

the coaches somehow decided to vote in shaq instead of al jefferson as the reserve (since the votes were before he got injured). pretty ridiculous… so i don’t trust them.

Im not being mean or anything

but man you gotta go back and read your comments through the last couple game threads, its almost ridiculous….if kirk hinrich was a race, you would be racist,…i get the whole ben gordon fan vs kirk hinrich fan history and obviously you are on the bg side, but i think since bg has been traded you’ve just been laying on ur dislike for kirk pretty thick….

Seriously just read through this gamethread or any of the ones after the spurs game…its kind of funny, even when you compliment him, it seems like its underlying an insult more than anything…

You're reading into things.

When I say Kirk did something good like when Kirk made a 3 tonight that is all I said. No different than saying Noah dunked it or Salmons threw elbows at Kirk to get a rebound. If I make fun of him for missing a ft or a layup it is because he splits fts a lot and has the worst luck at layups. That is fair game, right. It is no different than laughing at Noah’s tornado shot or Salmon’s jab step. If you have fun creating scenarios in your head, fine. Everyone has their own thing. I also don’t talk about BG in game threads unless someone else brings it up. I’ve been doing less of that too since its gotten boring. Once again, if you enjoy having little mental battles on here I can’t stop you. I’ll probably continue remarking on things as they come to me though. I have no idea why I attract so much personal attention on here. There are much bigger personalities and offenders on here than me. Just try to ignore me if you don’t like me. There are people on here I don’t talk to because no good would come of it.

Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.

it is possible im reading into it too much

or peer pressure??? I have friends and relatives that read this blog when they are bored more to see what ive been writing or to see what comical concepts they can find on the site (this site is pretty good for quick one liners…but everyone already knew that) and a couple of them actually asked me about that cranscape fellow (yea i know ure a girl) it wasnt anything major it was more like listing off some of the more disgruntled bulls fan (ironically they dont think matt is a debbie downer and like his whole ‘friendly bulls blogger’ while never really being friendly schtick) and you were one that stuck out in their memories, and ultimately they asked me if u were an enemy of mine on the blog cuz u seemed to hate kirk, and i had simply replied that u were a fan of bg so that probably had more to do with it than anything….

This conversation was just yesterday sooo its still fresh in my head, then i come on blogabull and cuz i missed the game, i was reading the gamethread and like you said maybe i just read too much into it because of my recent conversation (?)…at any rate i did say i wasnt trying to be mean or anything, and im not really offended by what you write about kirk, i mean normvanbeer is far more ruthless, but i was just calling what i saw…or what i thought i saw…

at any rate…whatever, ill try to keep judgements like that to myself

Yeah, you seem to be waaaaay more into this than me.

Way more than I’d ever care to be. Take that into account. This is just a diversion while I watch a basketball game. One that I am getting a little bored with anyway. How about you and your extended family and friends just ignore me? I’ll ignore you. Problem solved.

Denver got killed by the Hawks, who got killed by the Bobcats, who we just beat

So either that means we’re way better than Denver -

Or it means Denver’s going to be so pissed about the loss they come out for blood. (Which is how I imagine the Hawks felt playing Denver tonight.) Denver lost @ Miami too, so a Bulls win would be 3 Ls in a row for the Nuggets.

Just waiting on some offense....

Our opening schedule is pretty crazy

Here are the current defensive rating statistics.

#1: Milwaukee
#2: Boston
#3: Charlotte
#4: Cleveland
#5: Miami

3-2 against the top 5 NBA defenses is good.

It will be interesting to see how we adjust our play against the Nuggest(#22 def) and the Raptors(#29).

Who needs an offense?

Let’s face it, Rose(especially) and Hinrich were fairly bad on the offensive side. But at least the guards in general did a terrific defensive job.

Raymond Felton, Raja Bell, Ronald (Flip!) Murray, and D.J. Augustin shot a combined 11 for 43! That’s Larry Hughes-esque right there.

i dont underestimate this team. this is a good team that just needs that one sort of super star. what kills me is we should have won the miami game and blown out the bucks. i would be talking alot of crap to everyone around me by now if the two were as such i have twenty on my bulls for tuesday against the nuggets.
