"I felt a push from Deng, and I felt some contact up top from Noah," James told reporters. "Enough to put me on the free-throw line? Yes, but it is a judgment call from the refs, and he saw what he saw."

LeBron is an insufferable douche. He lost the ball going up. It was a no call situation.
1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

actually i could see the argument of it being a foul
however, the travel was just as bad and he got that one, so he is a douche for wanting all the calls…he could have his little foul if he agrees to give up that and 1 play…either way we win…
On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!
i really though it was a foul on noah and would have been called so if not for the refs'
ridiculous philosophy of calling the last minute of each game differently than the first 47.
"What is going on up here?"
"I never know, man."
I don't see how you call a foul when he no longer had the ball in his hands. He lost it
before any contact with Noah because he was flailing looking for a call instead of actually trying to make a play and make the basket.

see to me it looks like noahs chest collides with lebrons elbow causing him to loose the ball.

Noah owns his space
If Lebron’s elbow crashes into his space it’s not a foul on Noah. At least it shouldn’t be, but these refs are humans.

"Noah owns his space"
i understand that, and i dont know what the rules say, but it seems like in every game, and in the first 45 mins of this one, the defender forfeits the right to his space if he is jumping or moving across the line of the offensive players movement.

I didn't think it was a foul on Noah
but I was expecting Lebron to get a favorable call.

Lebron jumps into Noah and Deng. The only reason he lost the ball was because his elbow went right into Noah.

That's the damn European Travel
The first step you take is disguised by the high dribble gather.
Lebron won’t get called for this.

travel
… almost looks like he is doing two one foot jump stops to propel himself towards the basket
I wish stuff like this was called, how can you play D if you can’t hand check and the guy doesn’t have to dribble to go around you and 15 ft to hoop
I know I get called for traveling half the time if I try to split defenders and go up for a runner with a jump stop in my rec league because the refs are lazy, so it is annoying seeing NBA guys driving to the basket and jumping off the 3rd step
As far as the foul, I think it could have been called based on how fouls are normally called, but I don’t think it should be called. Players should not get bailed out by jumping into contact. Lebron made no effort to get a shot off … I don’t buy these strong guys losing the ball while going up so often. Yes his elbow hit Noah’s chest but why did he lose grip on the ball so it did not go towards basket, except for the fact he was out of control and looking for the foul. Unfortunately it is instinct for these players to throw hand up and act like they got fouled instead of figuring away to control ball and still shoot after the contact.

You can see lebron just thought he was going to get a call,
so he initiated all of the contact himself hoping for it, then he yelled as loud as he could.
It was pretty funny how it went down.

He's just trying to made the refs look guilty
He doesn’t accepts well when he makes a mistake or his team loses
Jannero Pargo = Larry Hughes 2.0
