Lindsay Hunter chatted with me after the game and said that after Tuesday’s [I assume he means Monday -ed.] practice he tried to drill it in the heads of the "young players" (Tyrus Thomas) "No one person is bigger than the team. If the team wins then we are all succesful." There were also reports from the practice that the whole time Hunter addressed the team he was pointing to Tyrus.
(this really should be a good story, right? Why does it seem so shitty?)

Why are they protecting Tyrus? So they can trade him? So he doesn’t look like damaged goods?

if you can believe Terry Boers (and you really can’t), VDN is at the point where he just dismisses Tyrus when he talks to him about minutes now.

I can't think of another scenario where

tyger first mentioned him, and i ended up drafting him in 2k10 and basically i have him play pf while noah plays center…i know its just a game and it translates more the way i want it to, but i liked what i drafted…and so i went out and checked his draft express profile

I think between Aldrich, Noah and Asik (and Gibson tthhhhppp...)...
…the Bulls would be a non-star, super-gritty, grind-it-out, play-the-game-the-right-way, get-shit-done sort of PF/C combo.
