As if waiting for someone to drop in their lap, like Jordan at No. 3 in the 1985 draft, the Bulls let Ben Gordon go because they couldn't move Kirk Hinrich's contract, even if they still might have found a taker and, even after banking all that money for 10 years, they won't pay the luxury tax.

Someone at the Trib calling Jerrah out for his cheapness. Thank you, Heisler.
1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

Think Jerry's dispatching a hit squad right now?

maybe he's out of reach
Heisler’s based in L.A., he basically took over Sam Smith’s job as part of TribCo. consolidation.

couldn't.
I believe they tried to deal him to Minny for exp. conctracts? That would have then given them a chance to bring back BG I believe. JR of course would have to have approved of that and I don’t think he liked BG. Minny didn’t want Hinrich. I went into a deep depression.

Maybe we can still get BG back...
We just need to pick up Iverson, then trade him and Hinrich to Dumars for BG. Looking at Dumars recent track record, I think it might work…
