Sign up for BlogABull game previews

Like in years past, I'm sharing the responsibility of writing previews for the games this season.

I've published a google spreadsheet with the games for this season. I'll 'release' them (whatever's not grayed out) by the week, and whoever wants to can click the link below and sign up by just entering in your username.

http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AgIsRsriGjz6dGptbkRfMjY3UDZpam5jN3NGM1Jjc0E&hl=en

This isn't meant to be a chore, so only sign up to do a game preview if you actually want to do it, and have the time to.

I'd like for them to be up by 2pm on gamedays. Just create a fanpost, and I'll promote it to the front page.

I'll answer any questions below...this is just an idea, if things don't work I'll switch up the format for signups.

FanPosts are user-created posts from the BlogABull community, and are to be treated as the opinions and views of that particular user, not that of the blogger or blog community as a whole.

Ill do some

and all of them will talk about how kirk hinrich will lead this team to victory, even after he is traded away to portland for rudy fernandez, using nothing but anecdoctal observations that i myself with no profesional experience or second opinion thought up of, using poor grammar, lots of …
….sign me up!!!

:)

p.s. you guys can relax i dont plan on doing any previews…possibly ever…oh and hinrich is awesome!!

On Behalf of Sue, Wjb, majoyenrac, Bullshooter and all the other Hinrich fans...Ill keep the Hinrich Hope coming...There will be light!

I'll do one or two

They’ll be about how great the other team is, and why the Bulls are destined to lose without Ben Gordon.
I will also mention Andrew every single chance I get.
Well, not really … but I will write one. Muhahaha. :)

I support the Tornado Release [See: Joakim Noah]

Sounds like this should work out well

I think I’ll like knowing right away that I have or don’t have a game, rather than you having to wait for volunteers then email us all back.

Are you planning to release the next week’s games at roughly the same time every week, or will you be somehow letting us know when you do?

In honor of the dearly departed, I declare July PB&J month - everyone raise a sandwich to the memory of Ben!

I'll release them after the final game of the previous week

(or as close to that as my memory allows)

hi, i'm Kris and i'm a cancer and enjoy writing up game previews

you know i’m in, if you can stand my poor attempts at humor…

but really, i’m so down. i’ll try this new system for next week, when i can do it from my computer, to see how it works. which ever way lets us know which preview we are assigned the quickest is best.

…and i’m still catching flack from everyone about sunday’s loss. thats what i get for always talking up mu Bulls. thats 5 losses in a row in games i’ve seen live. maybe i’m a jinx. can i put that in the preview?

we went out for pizza after the game. -dave wannstedt

I second this motion.

Things could be worse. We could have kept Boylan.

I'm in

had to choose weekends though, no guarantee I’d have time to put my heart into it during the week (although it’s certainly possible, especially if I get laid off).

don't select games weeks in the future

I’m only asking for one week at a time. I don’t trust you guys to remember when you signed up, and plan ahead your workload :)

Can outsiders sign up for one?

I’d like to do the one (as shocking as it is) vs Sac on the 17th.
