Ha

I loved it.

Did Derrick say, “I can’t even get to the second round”?

by Option27 on Oct 3, 2009 8:43 PM CDT reply actions

I don't think he said "I can't," I think he said "I didn't"

1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

Yeah I thought he said

“I need to get to the second round” at first then later thought he said I didn’t.

by Camry on Oct 4, 2009 7:44 PM CDT up reply actions

I think theres another

where they’re talking about the 10th anniversary edition that one was funny. Though that costs like 100 bucks thats not so funny. (but it maybe worth it for a lot of people)

by Camry on Oct 4, 2009 1:07 AM CDT up reply actions

that was

hilarious! I love how Derrick is being hyped in commercials with kobe and his image is getting so big. Not only is it awesome for him but maybe it’ll help attract future players who wanna play with him.

by K_yle33 on Oct 3, 2009 8:56 PM CDT reply actions

Its still funny to see him in these commercials thinking back to his Simeon days.

The game comes out next week I think and its always the no 1 rated Bball game.

Also, does anyone know if Gamestop is doing a midnight release party.

I know they did one for Halo 3 Otttt. This game should be bigger than that, so they should have a midnight release, right?

this is bigger than halo...?

I mean it is for me…and perhaps for the gamers on this blog it may be the same, but generally speaking….halo reaches out to pretty much the entire xbox community….

Yeeeaaah

I remember when Halo 3 came out I think a few years ago or a year and a half. I had a few classes that were completely different. Like music fundamentals a writing class and some other class I don’t remember.
And Halo came out around midnight and we were already playing like 4 co-op; plus they were having crazy contests.
Then of course didn’t wake up in the morning and missed all my classes the next day the girls in the class were telling me how odd it was none of the boys were in class that day.

by Camry on Oct 4, 2009 8:00 PM CDT up reply actions

hah

the line about the girls was the funiest….

I blame the Mountain Dew they had one jackass contest where guys do crazy stunts and gave away the stuff I just remembered. So half of the guys playing were charged til 6 in the morning.

I loved the commercial.

Rose is like the little brother talking smack to his big brother and Kobe drops the rings trump card at the end. Rose said basically that you have 4 rings and I could not get into the second round…..LOL!!!

This is cool it is the same when Kobe was young and he was like the rising star to Michael. Now it appears that Rose…..not Lebron, will carry the mantle. I will change my mind once Lebron wins some rings. Wade has a ring already. Kobe has 4 rings.

I am hoping that Rose will get some rings and actually Lebron may be the one who gets in Roses way. I want Rose to get all of the hype he can get. It is good for the team and it establishes him as a star in this league. The stars get the TV time…sorry Luol….but it is what it is.

by Bart71 on Oct 6, 2009 1:15 PM CDT reply actions

I think Rose will have a chance

To get a better supporting cast plus his game is kind of suited for it. He doesn’t dominate the ball like some players I think it actually helps his team get into a flow.

rose's guys is awesome for getting miller to jump for an alley oop

I remember Michael dribbling at the top of the key. Everybody knew to just get the hell out of his way. - Steve Kerr
