Try again

I just looked to make sure it wasn’t a messed up link.

It works

5,000 jumpers a week?! Holy cow. That's over 700 jumpers a day.

1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

Interesting stuff

Did a little research, and McClanaghan worked with Rose before last season too. And Aaron Gray after his senior season. And now James Johnson. All I can gather from that trio is he seems good at conditioning athletes. I’m refraining on expecting improvement in Rose’s shot, but I’d love for him to hit threes this year.

Aren't James Johnson somewhat known for being, um, fat for their respective positions?

How are they good indicators of how well he conditions his players? Rose was always lean and mean and awesome.

He needs to work on his range. Needs to be able to hit open 3s. His midrange jumper is already ok.
