or..

you know the guy is coming in for a block so you need to either throw down quicker or make a dr. j/mj move to avoid the block.

I've got this thing and it's fucking golden!

Rondo's gotta wrap that one around and

finish off the glass on the other side.

Metal sharpens metal.

And this guy right here understands and knows what leadership is all about: The coach, the hall of famer......... Dick Butka! George Ryan

Sometime this season when Lebron is in pursuit,

I want to see the offensive player just stop before going up and let lebron fly over his head, and then finish with a layup a second later.

heh

in pickup games i enjoy doing that, except as the talent level of the games goes up it becomes way less effective, so i imagine in the nba it wouldnt work, cuz if you hesitate on anything (layup, wide open jumper, pass) chances are the athleticism and anticipation of the nba players on the other team (even the crappy ones…usually) will take away whatever window you had putting you in serious trouble.

Then again i think jordan was notorious for going at the rim and doing hesitations (in mid-air!!!) and letting guys just go by him…just ask ehlo…

When they showed this on sportscenter

they showed the block lebron had on rondo in LAST season, and in my mind was “did no one see the block lebron had on rondo PRE season?”
