I say 5.

Switch the Hawks(4) and Bulls(5 or 6).. I don’t know about the Wizards.. they didn’t look to shabby tonight. Arenas 28 points (10/21). McGuire and Blatche look pretty good. Although Dallas is pretty thin in the big man department. Ok..

4) Hawks
5) Bulls
6) Wiz
7) Raptors?

I've got this thing and it's fucking golden!

Dallas is thin in the big man department? The team that has Dirk, Matrix, Dampier, and Gooden?

I mean that’s not the BEST frontcourt, but I’d hardly call them thin.

1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

no no nooooo I totally and respectfully disagree.

1) Dirk isn’t a ‘’big man’’ he’s tall but he’s a jump shooter and not much else.
2) Drew Gooden… what more do i have to say he’s just ehhhh god. He thinks he’s Dirk.
3) Eric Dampier is NBA Orlando Pace.
4) wft Matrix is a sf how could you call him a big man?

Seriously thats a wet paper bag man. Would you put your beer in a wet paper bag? No defense at all.

“The problem, I felt, was our second-quarter defense,” Carlisle said. “When they got 35 points in that quarter … it deflated us to a certain degree. It’s disappointing. It’s one of those nights when we weren’t shooting well and you have to hang in there with your defense. And we weren’t able to do it.”

Sound familiar? That’s the same refrain the Mavericks had last season, when they had a horrid record when shooting under 45 percent. And their 39.5 percent effort Tuesday night Tuesday night left no margin for error defensively.

“Sometimes, you can’t get anything going,” Nowitzki said. “But that’s when you have to play good defense and find a way to win. That’s what good teams and great teams do, especially at home.”

Blatche off the bench had.. 20 points. Drew Gooden’s man. What happens when Gooden has to play defense? 2 points on 1-6 shooting.

I just personally think they’re kinda thin… maybe i should say bad defenders?

I've got this thing and it's fucking golden!

saying bad defenders would have been more accurate, yes.

1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

also, Matrix is a PF despite his size. He does PF stuff.

1. Cut a hole in a box
2. Put your Kirk in that box
3. Make some team open that box

shawn plays big, but he's small. finesse, but in the best sense of the word.

dirk is big, but plays small. and don’t we already know perfectly well what a disaster drew gooden is?

the name of the team is The DIAMONDBACKS

*cut=traded?*

Whatever, he’s not on the Bulls, thank god.

I support the Tornado Release [See: Joakim Noah]

some of these predictions have the bulls shockingly high

but after the first three, the east is pretty wide open. or potentially suck-y, however you choose to look at it.

Marion is a SF who can guard some PFs….not a true big man. Dampier can rebound but pretty much has sucked for a while. Dirk plays like a SF. Gooden just sucks.

Bulls will be anywhere between 5th and 8th. 4th is a little too high for them. The Hawks have more continuity than us. I still see them as the 4th seed.

I think we are equal to the Wizards.
