I'm starting to think this just the Bulls not wanting him to play in the preseason.
I don’t think his injury is that bad.

Rose said he could barely walk on it
after the Pacer game.
It’s just an injury that heals with time. The news in this story that the staff is using stimulation through massage is a bad sign. That means that simple rest, ice, compression, and elevation isn’t reducing the swelling. He still has fluid build up.
He could probably play, but it just delays the healing process. I want him to sit the rest of the preseason.
