Kmart is very strong on offense, bad on defense. That is not a recipe for a lot of wins if that is your best player.
See Durant, Kevin. And Tyreke will have a lot of work to do to become a point guard in the NBA if they really want to use him as one (and they likely have to in order to have him, Martin, Garcia, Thompson, Hawes on the court at the same time).
