"We've got to realize that we've got to play hard every night," Deng said. "I think our identity is to play hard."

Does Adande actually know anything about the NBA or does he just collect quotes and paste them in a story?
But Gordon, like Deng, is a base year compensation player, making it more difficult to trade him.

It’s a small mistake but one a writer covering the NBA shouldn’t be making.

We have every right to dream heroic dreams. Those who say that we're in a time when there are no heroes, they just don't know where to look.

I'll give him a pass because it looks like it was written with Mad Libs

The article has no relevance whatsoever and could have been published last season.

Vinny Del Negro interviewed for the job today. I mean come on! Nobody else thinks this is nuts?

Pretty much anyone could have written that story,

especially when you think about the people who post on here. It’s interesting to see mainstream media do a story like that, when we’ve been saying that for a while now.

You wonder if the message will sink in with this group of Bulls, or if the chance has already passed them by.

We had a chance and it passed us by? When? How the hell could I have missed that?!!

I think their identity is to not play hard

Especially considering there’s been a quote practically every week this season from a Bulls player saying something like “We got outhustled,” or “We need to give more effort.”

Why resort to name calling?

If they start giving effort,

then they won’t have any excuses! :(

"You remember the first time you picked up a basketball video game and you had no idea how to run plays, so you just gave the ball to your shooter and you ran around the court aimlessly until a defender was far enough away and then you jacked up a shot? THAT IS LARRY HUGHES!"

I'm not a fan of many of the writers that come from the same mold as Adande so don't read their work often

but I wonder if he was off this week. I saw a video of him talking about Kobe saying “be careful what you wish for” and referencing the Bobcats game…though all the top teams have had their struggles. (granted the Lakers more than most defensively but Bynums still coming into his own)

It was just funny to me that J.A was talking about Kobe asking for a trade or something to that effect.
