Who we trust?

I am not going to pretend to know any trade scenarios my math and logic just isnt that good. Do we want expiring contracts or quality players? Who the hell knows?

I do know one thing. Derrick Rose, Drew Gooden, Kirk Heinrich, Tyrus Thomas, and Luol Deng are all I want on this team. The Bulls are 3 - 11 without Drew Gooden. He rebounds, sets ACTUAL screens, AND HE KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO BE WHEN THE BALL IS NOT IS HIS HANDS. Kirk Heinrich is a fundamentally sound basketball player. He plays the point. He can be the swingman we need, and he is leader on the court. He plays defense....I had more to say but that is enough. TT has so much talent that it is frightning. He is playing in his third season of NBA ball, and if I am not mistaken, his 5th or 6th year of actual organized ball. His skills are shaky at best, but his talent is unparalleled. Rose, well Rose is the best thing to happen to this team in 11 years. Deng is a sidekick. He can put up 15 and 10 a night and every team needs that, too bad it cost us 71 million, but so be it.

The rest of this team is hot garbage. Gordon and Larry Hughes could possibly be the most selfish players I have ever witnessed. They are chuckers and they are cancers to a team. Joakhim Noah is a freak show and a luxury player. What I mean by that is, teams that already have a steady level of talent and order can have Side Show Bob's who put up 8 and 8 a night, collect some fouls, and cash a check. This team cannot afford that. Aaron Gray is a waste of space. He is slow, cannot jump, and eats up minutes from TT that he could be learning more. I good give two craps about Nocioni. His BB savy is slowly wearing away, and that was the only reason to keep him to begin with. The foul on Ginobli wtih 1.5 to go, and grabbing the ball before it went out of bounds versus Minnesota, when it was off Minn, were deal breakers.

My list of 5 players is all I want and all I need. Paxson has lost his mind if he feels that anything more than these 5 are worth keeping.

I wouldn't say garbage but I'm starting to get worried about some of his flaws....

Shooting, free throws, court vision, defense and getting to the line really need work. I still think he can be one of the best point guards in the East but he’ll need to improve this summer. I think he needs to clear the slate and have a great second half. Make a goal of winning rookie of the year and do it.

Really I think he needs to become a better leader which he will. Once the Bulls get consistent scoring threat he won’t get crowded be other teams defense. I hope.

Rose would get to the line more, if the refs would stop swallowing the whistle, Rose gets beat up a lot going to the basket

You should be general manager

so this trade could happen.

The season is lost, blow the team up.

Point made, good night!

"You remember the first time you picked up a basketball video game and you had no idea how to run plays, so you just gave the ball to your shooter and you ran around the court aimlessly until a defender was far enough away and then you jacked up a shot? THAT IS LARRY HUGHES!"

I cant spell for shit

but my point should be clear. This team has dropped the ball on FA and trade opportunities. Hinrich, Heinrich, who the hell cares. If all of you disagree, tell me why. If you have problem spelling, blame my 1st grade teacher.

wow

Gooden is garbage. yeh he’s a good rebounder, but he is also one of the worst defensive big men in the game. His D is awful, we don’t call him rew Gooen for nothing. And I hate the flow-cancelling 20 ft jumpers that he loves so damn much. He is a 5th overall pick on his 5 or 6th team in 6 years. There is a reason for that.

Hinrich would be an excellent 6th man. His D while good is overrated and he doesn’t get away with all the grabbing and holding that the refs let slide a couple years ago so his D is even less effective now.

Rose obviously has flaws to work on but guess what he’s a fucking rookie. A rookie who averages 17 pts and 7 assists on 47% shooting. Yeh that’s a really terrible rookie season. He definitely needs to work on shooting and defense all summer. Cause his D is atrocious, people make excuses for him but his D is beyond awful. Hell I only expected 12 pts 5 assists out of him.

Gordon, I’m on the fence. His D is a little better, he’s not the total liability everyone thinks he is. He is still a little too selfish with the ball, but he’s not a cancer like some say he is. If he walks, then we would struggle to score points but I wouldn’t be too upset.

Noah is going to be a real solid player. Once he ever bulks up, his game will pick up. He is already one of the better offensive rebounders in the league. He has shown he can pitch in 8 to 10 pts which is all we need for him and his shotblocking is picking up. He fucked up by not being in shape from the get go. You can tell he finally has his wind and lo and behold, he’s having better games. I think he can average 10 and 10 next year.

My only keepers on this team are Rose, Tyrus, Noah and Gray
