So the consensus here seems to be that, that three years in, Tyrus has been horribly developed.  The major opposing view is that he's just not very good.

My question is to look at things going forward.  If you think he's been horribly developed, can he be salvaged?  Have bad habits and bad lessons been irreversibly learned? What would be required to salvage him?  Given that he'll be eligible for an extension this summer, and has only next season under contract, what's the threshold for bringing him back?  What's the price we want him vs. we expect he could command?
