Best part was this quote from Du's agent:

"Chris' all-around game could blossom under an offensive coach like Mike D'Antoni. No one knows what will happen at this point, and who knows where things will end up, but the Knicks are a team we would hope would be genuinely interested. Chris is only 25, so he has room to grow."

We'll see what kind of contract he gets

but it appears that Isiah left Donnie Walsh the special glasses that he wore to make the Bulls trash look like Knicks treasure.

I don't care where he goes

just so long as he is gone and ASAP. The party scene is probably good in NY. I am sure Du is down with it. I don’t see how the D’Antoni system will work for him, but at least NY is finally realizing they need some help in the guard area. At least Du isn’t a ball hog like everyone else on their team, though mostly because he can’t shoot, or drive, or do anything besides distribute from the top of the key. He will escort the ball down the court and that is about it.

Everything I post is speculation. I have no insider information nor ideas deemed concrete enough by those who are self-elected to regulate post content.

he'll probably spend all his time

partying with Zach Randolph.

Nah, I'm sure he'd be more comfortable w/ Marbury

luring young girls into the back of an SUV outside the club.

What were duhon's stats vs Sacremento

and who played hurt while BG was “mending?”

Gah, we'll miss a shot of Duhon having another career game against a team with an indifferent defense

What were his stats for the other 81 games, that’s the more important question. The team is overloaded with guards far superior to Duhon in ability and/or potential. The guy’s a scrub and not worth crying over.

Those Northern California teams all look the same to me

Looks like the Knicks are offering $6 million over 2 years.
Looking to add a point guard on the cheap, the Knicks went into the start of free agency at 12:01 a.m. Monday targeting Chris Duhon, who has been a backup with the Bulls during his first four NBA seasons.

The Knicks are expected to offer Duhon a two-year deal worth roughly half of the mid-level exception, totaling around $6 million, according to NBA sources. A playmaker who has struggled with his shooting going all the way back to his days at Duke, Duhon averaged 5.8 points on 39% last season for the Bulls

That's hilarious

They can get the same production for even cheaper than that elsewhere. Not sure how much input he has in personnel, but maybe D’Antoni passing over the Bulls will turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

Duhon: "I take a shot within 7 seconds of entering the club!"

lol - I'm kind of going to miss the Du humor when he's gone

Small price to pay, though.

If nothing else, taking Rose will at least piss off Pat Riley.
