When he described the stereotypical white player, it seemed like he described hinrich, yet hinrichs name didnt come up in any of the categories….anyone else find that funny.
the description was:
Shoot free throws extremely well (hinrich takes a quick dribble or two and just throws it up there, and hits a high percentage too)
Shoot accurately either from 3 or from the floor in general (on a good day this can be said of hinrich)
He is a good ballhandler (theres a reason hinrich is playing point despite not being a “true” or “pure” pg)
and…
”... is physically limited, but has good intangibles, is a team guy, understands team defense…”
im trying hard to become the next kirk hinrich, therefore im doing nothing more than being the next chris duhon.

Sounds like ben gordon except for the last two descriptives, ball handling and defense isnt really gordons forte….maybe paxson just wanted a bunch of stereotypical white players despite thier nationalitly, color, or religious preference….
