So i am no expert on the matter, but what is VDN doing with this team? i believe he has potential to be a good coach but for now he needs to let himself be influenced by his assistant considering there experience. Paxson defenitely needs to trade Larry Hughes he's just not a team player, he sucks, i can go on all day but at the end of the day he's not a star will not be one and has already 10 seasons under his belt if we want to lure some 2010 free agents i would assume they'd like to see a good team already established and needing them final piece to the puzzle. So why not trade him get some scrub contract players that nobody wants and will expire in a year or two and let our young guys play and play until they get it right, reason being TT, Noah, and Thabo have potential but they are never going to develope if you bench them when they're struggling just let them play thru it, Screw it we've already had plenty of losing seasons why not just let them play and develope instead of benching them or letting them play scrub minutes. They are never going to better themselves if they don't get that court experience which they hardly do. Seriously it's not like this is a CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM  but if i was VDN i'd develope these guys and i bet he would have better chances of building a conteder or good enough team to lure atleast one of those coveted free agents of 10' Luol he's just not playing he's contracts worth. BG he looses the ball  EVERY time the game is on the line so he should never try to shoot the last shot well only as long as he has to create something because for some odd reason he always screws it up don't get me wrong i like the guy but he's not worth what he was asking for i actually think he's worth what they're paying him. NOC i think is the only one that brings it day in day out although many may differ i bet ... Kirk i think we would regret letting him go, i don't think we should not atleast until 10' i see the potential of him and Rose being great on the backcourt. Aaron i think we need a coach or former all star to just work with him he looks like he has the desire and will to become better much better he already has the body so he has something working for him. Drew at first i didn't like but he brings it day in day out i like that. Rose .... that's all there is to him he's Rose and he's not going anywhere he's too good and he's just a rookie. Hunter should defenitely stay to help mentor Kirk and Rose since they are they only two that i see play for the love of the game. It's my thoughts on the team which i hope become great with the team they have if they're able to develope all the great talent they have.
