Sometimes a player's greatest challenge is coming to grips with his role on the team.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:40 PM CST   0 recs

So, Hughes start in front of Deng

The trib was wrong, I knew it. KC doesn’t know nothing…

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:43 PM CST   0 recs

gooden is not howard, stop feeding him

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:44 PM CST   0 recs

Noah?

Did he ask out again or something?

by Option27 on Nov 26, 2008 7:46 PM CST   0 recs

Bowen is going to continually mug Rose tonight.

He’ll get away with it too, because he is a “tough veteran defender.”

fine with me, i want him to get well acquainted with physical play.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:47 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

Does Noah have mesothelioma?

There is no way he can be winded that quickly.

either that or the fact the was directly responsible for two bonehead plays.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:50 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

i hate to say it, but with the right matchup (gasp!), gray can contribute in spurts.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:49 PM CST   0 recs

DR

I wanted the dunk

by Option27 on Nov 26, 2008 7:49 PM CST   0 recs

he reserved that for later on the game, you'll see

i just cant wait to hear gordon moan about not getting the chance to create…

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:51 PM CST   0 recs

What a surprise

a quick shot by Hughes.

Derrick Rose-2009 ROTY Tyrus Thomas-2009 MIP...hope I'm at least half right

by CHCOWNTHECENTRAL on Nov 26, 2008 7:53 PM CST   0 recs

everyone had to admit...

hughes is playing pretty dam good lately………shocking is that may be…..

by masputo on Nov 26, 2008 7:53 PM CST   0 recs

Hughes and his patented jumper from the elbow in transition.

Yeah, I know he made it, but I still hate when he does that.

there you go gray, if you commit a foul, make it count,

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:53 PM CST   0 recs

I hate him

But Larry is playing well lately

by Option27 on Nov 26, 2008 7:55 PM CST   0 recs

noc for gray…

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:56 PM CST   0 recs

Did they do anything to Hughes on that operation?

I hate him, but i have to admit that he’s playing well…

and here comes the come-back

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:57 PM CST   0 recs

sometimes this team just exasperates me. a fade away long 2 from gooden, rose for the rebound (because our center is taking 3s) and gordon shows his ability to create

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 7:59 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

Jesus Christ Ben Gordon.

Well done BG. Fuck!

http://comunidadebulleana.blogspot.com/ - Comunidade Bulleana (O blog dos Bulls em Portugal)

by bull83 on Nov 26, 2008 7:59 PM CST   0 recs

all this stems from bad lineups and players refusing to accept their role.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:00 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

We cannot play small against this team

It’s one thing against Golden State or Utah, but this is going to turn into a blow out real fast if this is Pantene’s plan b.

by lampnasty on Nov 26, 2008 8:00 PM CST   0 recs

my point is that rose is our pg, gordon didnt take a quick three, he wasn’t open, if he missed it people would be saying it was a bad shot.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:04 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

i swear gordon is playing keep away

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:04 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

that's his game

and so long as he shoots at a 46 percent clip from three, that’s great. My point was that having Noc and Gooden in on defense is retarded against the spurs. They can pick and roll with Duncan and there’s an automatic mismatch and no possible help defense.

by lampnasty on Nov 26, 2008 8:07 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

i dont care about that three, he didnt even look to rose.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:03 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

ginobili

is amazing

by CJOliveira on Nov 26, 2008 8:03 PM CST   0 recs

i think it takes him a half to determine what his role is for the night. the lineups probably through him off a bit. half way through he just says fu*k it and dominates.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:09 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

With this team

he almost needs to be that way, but he actually trys to get others theirs, before he decides that he needs to take his, which will be really nice when(and if) we get a star to play with him.

by TruEChiFaN... on Nov 26, 2008 8:09 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

a star? how about role players that except their roles? that would do wonders.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:12 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

its like thomas just wants to spite us

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:13 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

for ex. i love that last shot from gordon (the miss). he picked his spot, and was open. i want him to do that all game.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:10 PM CST   0 recs

PLEASE DERRICK

I swear you can take these guys whenever you want too!

by Option27 on Nov 26, 2008 8:14 PM CST   0 recs

i know this was brought up before, but just imagine what a pj brown or joe smith would do…

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:15 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

yeah that or shoot close to .500, play under control, and help mentor our young bigs (since our coaches cant)

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:19 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

Thomas should not be allowed to shoot anywhere outside of 5 feet.

I know it seemed like he was starting to develop a consistent mid-range shot, but he’s regressed.

by Dalibored on Nov 26, 2008 8:15 PM CST   0 recs

consistent mid range shooting and kobe spin to fadeaways are two diff things.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:16 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

does anyone remember the hughes of 04 that would have cut to the rim for an and 1 instead of taking that three??

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:17 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

i think it was that year I had him on my fantasy team

He was amazing. Getting 20,5,5 and leading the league in steals. Got his contract from the cavs and downhill from there

by The90sBullsRevival on Nov 26, 2008 8:19 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

yup. so sad.

by studdeir on Nov 26, 2008 8:20 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

I amnot enamored with the fact that Rose is starting to

settle for that little jumper.

But I suppose it is unrealistic to expect him to go to the rim every possession.

i'm just going to stop complaining about the lineups

VDN doesn’t want to match up and some how the score is close.

by lampnasty on Nov 26, 2008 8:25 PM CST to parent up   0 recs

wow Luol Deng with the nice drive!

while since i saw him be that aggressive

by Bushka on Nov 26, 2008 8:25 PM CST   0 recs

I have to say Grey is having a decent game

That was a really solid pick there for Rose
