Around SBN: 2012 Budweiser Shootout Entry List Released

How much capital has been squandered on naming rights over the last 20 years? These deals rarely made much sense. Do fans of the Bulls, Jazz and Suns really look past schedule and price when buying airplane tickets, and fall back on sentimental attachments to the United Center (Chicago), Delta Center (Salt Lake) and US Airways Center (Phoenix)?

I don't really buy that

Specifically for airline tickets, its fairly often that from ORD (and other hubs w/ different arlines), at least United and American will have similar schedules and similar fares, so people end up making their choice based on personal preference.

true

many times united has good fares out of chicago cause it’s a hub anyways, not just because they are branded on the united center.

also, i just go with whatever’s on sale. often one or the other will have some sort of fare special.
