So far so good.

General manager needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn't happen.

That's what I'm saying...

Radmanovich looks huge out there. There was a court angle on one of the links earlier and it was like driving against a wall. You don’t get that view from the 300 level. It’s nuts.

Wtf is Gordon doing?

The guy takes some of the dumbest shots. Hopefully we let him go and draft Stephen Curry to take his place.

by illini23 on Nov 18, 2008 10:05 PM CST reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Steph Curry

Is legit. One of the better shooter i’ve seen. He is also a damn good defensive player unlike BG. Less $$ also..

by illini23 on Nov 18, 2008 10:11 PM CST to parent up reply reply actions actions   0 recs

And BG

is really good anyways.
I mean, if we drafted Stephen Curry I’d be ecstatic, but that doesn’t mean we drop BG for the hope of drafting Curry.

Curry to Gordon is insane…go away

by NormVanBeer on Nov 18, 2008 10:14 PM CST to parent up reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Gordon is not worth the $

And Curry isn’t much of a drop off. We can sign Wade in 2010 and have Curry be the sharp shooter of the bench

by illini23 on Nov 18, 2008 10:24 PM CST to parent up reply reply actions actions   0 recs

Couldn't disagree more

He took ONE really bad shot, otherwise he was getting great looks. I’ll take those other shots every possession.

He dribbled all the way down the court on a break rather than pass to the point guard, IIRC

Then took a shot for himself. It was, IMO, a bad decision; he got himself an open 12-foot shot on the move, but I’d rather have seen what D-Rose would have gotten out of the possession.

If I had to choose between playing Larry Hughes and

just putting a Bulls jersey on a bag of feces stationed at the elbow, I would really have to think about it.

You can play a fast pace and still play good defense

They’re giving up 2nd chance points and easy points in the paint. Let them score on 3s and crazy Kobe fadeaways.

It’s bad to watch, and a smarter basketball team (Detroit) can pick it apart. They’re just not their as a team.

What, exactly, is Gordon's shooting percentage right now?

I guess we can expect him to shoot the ball every time he gets it, in every single game, regardless of whether he is hot or cold.

In my opinion, there were 2 bad shots in there. He’ll be fine.
