Around SBN: Carmelo Anthony, Amar'e Stoudemire Vow To Fit In With Lin

Coach Skiles said the following about Malik Allen "He's a very reliable player. He's always going to be in the right place and (he) knows what he is doing. He executes the game plan and makes open shots." Now, if you look at the chart above, the record clearly shows that Allen is not that reliable (if your game plan involves having your big men rebound) and he certainly does not make open shots (his adjusted FG% is well below the average).

someday

I’ll turn on the Bucks game and Skiles will pull Redd for Griffin to settle the team down, and have Malik playing center. I just know it.

Malik Allen - Starting PF.
In fact, during the scrimmage that concluded Friday’s 2 ½-hour practice, Allen was running with a group (point guard Luke Ridnour, shooting guard Michael Redd, small forward Richard Jefferson, and center Andrew Bogut) that could end up being the team’s starting lineup.

Things like that make me laugh at any preview that has the Bucks making the playoffs

We have every right to dream heroic dreams. Those who say that we're in a time when there are no heroes, they just don't know where to look.

Also, in the "thumbs up" section :

“Bogut says the entire coaching staff is persistent with criticism of errors and lazy play”

Tyrus, Thabo, and all, still have nightmares at night about that :-)

The Game chose him !
