Gordon talks contract, and about those darned media filters. At least he and Pax can agree on that.

Out of shape

And didn’t practice all summer.. That’s not really what I want to hear.

I think there is a difference

between practice and playing basketball, at least in Gordon’s eyes.

He’s practiced we all know that.
We’ve heard that he’s been at the Berto Center all summer.

He kept saying he couldn’t play basketball which I take to mean as Great Britain ball or scrimmage games.

So I wouldn’t say he sat around summer in front of a TV eating chips.

He’ll be fine.

I understand

That this “Mouthpiece Sports” or whatever is supposed to be the voice of the athletes, but for that interviewer to not specifically have Gordon clarify the differency between “playing” basketball and practicing, is just gross negligence on his part. It was an OBVIOUS follow-up question, and really needed to be clarified.

Pargo went to Russia!!! whaaattt!!!!

I lol’ed in the first 20 seconds when I heard him say “frustrated summer”. Poker players will notice when he is asked certain questions and he looks to the right as he answers. He’s holding something back.

I would assume

that he’s angry with the Bulls management right now.

I pray to God he gets his minutes

I’ve said that I don’t see the Bulls moving Larry Hughes’ fat contract. That being said, if we still have to put up with Hughes a) starting over BG and b) splitting even minutes with BG, I’ll be happy to see Ben go for his sake.

I really really really hope it doesn’t come to that.

bitter ben

but what could you really expect ?

obviously his agent told him to blame the media.

he’ll play hard this year no matter what, i just hope it’s POOH dribbling off his foot with the game on the line and not BG in 09.

Sometimes a player's greatest challenge is coming to grips with his role on the team.

how about no one dribbling off his foot with the game on the line?

When I watch NBA games I often call the fouls before the referees do. Sometimes it’s a gift. Most of the time it's troublesome. - NBA Observer

Maybe Ben should have used his spare time to follow the stock market..

there very likely will not be a line to pay him 75% of what he just turned down!

Numbskull!
