JamesOn arrested for peeingOn building

That,  and resisting arrest:

A Boise police report indicated Curry, a 6-3, 190-pound guard from Oklahoma State, was arrested at about 2:25 a.m. after an officer "saw Curry urinating in the alley on the west side" of a Boise hotel.

"As the officer approached in his patrol car, Curry looked at the officer then started to walk away. The officer turned his emergency lights on, Curry looked back then started to run," the report said.

After the officer identified himself, and told Curry to stop, he ran into the hotel before police caught him.

(HatTip to JoeJoe, and I'm not kidding. Well, I did have to find the source story myself since he can't correctly hyperlink yet. Blogger in training.)

Hahah
... told Curry to stop, he ran into the hotel before police caught him.

If this were 4 years ago, and I saw that a "Curry," on the Bulls, actually outran a police officer, I would have jumped for joy

James what are you on Curry?
The D-League Showcase was an excellent event to showcase your talents.  Now they're going to be overshadowed by the things that overshadowed him at Oklahoma State.

It's a sad day.  No way he gets called up again this season after this.  Oh well.

Did it actually hit the building?
The Bulls didn't exactly draft him for his shooting ability.

Was the building underage?
If not, it shouldn't be a big deal.

I think the vets voted on the need
for a distraction from everything else happening with the team.  JamesOn was just fulfilling his rookie duty.

He disrespected that building
But in all fairness, the building didn't seem to care about getting blown out by the Magic.  I say the building deserved it.

Why am I here?
With the Bulls getting "Quality" minutes out of Duhon, don't you suppose that Curry should be somewhere else other than Boise, ID?!?!?

Technically, I'm with Sue,
having never peed on a building - but that tends to be more difficult without certain anatomy.  Now if you broaden it to who has relieved themselves in a non-designated space...

Management has yet to comment publicly on JamesOn Curry's arrest Thursday in Boise, Idaho. Curry was charged with misdemeanor counts of urinating in public and resisting arrest.

Curry is free on bail and has talked with general manager John Paxson, who is considering everything from releasing the second-round pick to suspending him. Curry is currently with the Iowa Energy of the Development League.

Come on, isn't the embarrassment of getting arrested for public urination punishment enough?

by Big D on Jan 20, 2008 1:02 AM CST reply actions

and make a deal or something. Instead of playing schoolmarm.

also
if Duhon's out, they should bring Curry up, not suspend him.

by your friendly BullsBlogger on Jan 20, 2008 10:22 AM CST reply actions

and reward the real Stringer Bell?
Unlikely. Master criminals like Curry need to learn that misdemeanors with a good chance of being dropped in court, don't pay.
