This article by Paul Shirley catches us up on old Marcus.  He has a pretty good take on Fizer.  With the game tonight, it's hard to imagine those days.  I watched nearly all of those games in the days of the proposed great undersized power forward tandem of Brand and Fizer.  Excluding Jason Williams, Fizer was the only real bust of these Krause lottery picks.  Brand, Artest, Crawford, Curry, and Chandler all at least starting in the league.  Rationalizing how Tyrus is going to be good, is so much easier than rationalizing how Fizer was going to play the 3.  It's amazing how fast that whole era has faded away with the Chandler trade and playoff wins.
