Kirk's "Punch" to the groin.

It just seems so obvious. As Kirk was flopping...i mean falling back, he puts in a left jab.

Star-divide

But maybe its not as obvious. A split second before the punch, Murray's knee appears to be heading for Kirk's chest. Murry retracts his knee, but Kirk's puts his arm out (the punch) to shield against the then-coming-knee. When its in slow-motion the punch looks well planned, but in normal speed its only a quick reaction. Murray doesn't seem to get much contact and Kirk does a bit of back pedaling to try to get a charge called. His feet were set for the charge, but I think his heels were on the underbasket circle no-charge line.

I suppose I've watched the youtube clip 97 times the past 3 days. My conclusion: Kirk could have stopped that dunk. Should have stopped that dunk. He could have grabbed Murray and Murray would have 2 free throws. Kirk flopped hoping for a charge, and he ended up looking a bit foolish.

shouldn't have waited 3 days
since I think most of us are over it by now considering there was a game5 already played and won.

I'm pleased that along with wearing Black shoes and socks during the playoffs, the current Bulls carry also carry on traditions like punching guys in the nuts, like Curry on Brendan Haywood.

I'm not over it! Nor am I over the lost of game 3!  I'm not over anything in this series, and I won't get over anything until the bulls win 4-3.

Word to that.
He could be on the IR in boxing trunks.  Play like an NHL enforcer.
No team can stop Tyrus Thomas. They can only get out of the way, or duck 3 inches and let him fly over.

True Story
Next time, he should at least make him earn the points. I hate how players flop so much in the NBA. Ginobli drives me crazy.

God Dammit
That play was really all Nocioni's fault.  Why didn't he just grab the bastketball?  I'm hoping for another four-minute night in Game 6 (note - not zero minutes - keep the Pistons guessing a little bit).
