I know everybody is enamored with Pau Gasol, but I really don't think he's worth giving up any of our core except maybe Nocioni.  And I don't think Mr. West is going for a deal with Noc, PJ, and #1 (top 3 protected of course).  Cause that's all I'd be willin to give up if I was Pax, unless u want to throw in Sweetney or something.

So anyway to my point, we need a consistent low post scorer.  Why don't we take a flyer on Shareef Abdur-Rahim?  Bet we can get him for a package of Sweetney and Duhon.  That way we still get to keep PJ's expiring contract and add another veteran post presence.  And as far as I know Abdur-Rahim can still be effective.
