Where are all the Duhon haters

What happened? I thought everyone hates Duhon. Captain Kirk is the man!

Said Skiles: "We had some quality point guard play there for eight minutes, and our offense looked very good. (Duhon) opened up the floor for a lot of people and made things happen."

Duhon's 10.06 PER
isn't exactly gloating material. Believe it or not, Kirk Hinrich hasn't played well. Duhon didn't get better.

Fact: Chris Duhon SUCKS!!!!!!!
He had a career .387 career FG% before entering this season.  He's shooting an AMAZING .334% so far this year.  Duhon is garbage.  He also puts his teamates in bad spots with his silly passes.  He also plays like garbage against other teams second unit much of the time.
Is it me or does Lebron walk like a duck?!

In fairness to Duhon
a larger percentage of his shots are 3 point attempts than anybody on the Bulls, and he's up been up there compared to the league.  That's a big reason his percentages are low.

that's
why eFG% is useful. It adjusts for 3 pointers, and his career .480 eFG% still isn't good.

Politicians
You guys should go into politics. You can't see past your position in the face of overwhelming reality. Duhon is not an allstar, but he is clearly the best point guard on the Bulls and last night he played an outstanding game. Everyone got off to a slow start this year and when all the players are palying below their potential, maybe it's the coach. Regardless, right now Duhon is playing point guard better than anyone else on the team and he should be the starter.

That and
the Bulls' "best point guard" right now only averages 20 minutes.  Hinrich and his awful play are on the floor for 30.

Duhon is a great backup pg
And he is doing his job while our star pg is....well i havent seen him for about 12 games....duhon isnt great, but he can get the job done every once in awhile.
im trying hard to become the next kirk hinrich, therefore im doing nothing more than being the next chris duhon.

He definitely is fine;
he's a serviceable backup.  But if he's playing better than the starter, he deserves more minutes.  Or at least Kirk does not deserve 30 mpg the way he is playing.

Captain Kirk
is the man. But he is sucking right now. Yeah play Duhon more minutes when he's playing better, but its not like having Duhon log 30+ and Kirk 20ish will all of a sudden see the Bulls rolling in the wins.

I def like Kirk
but having him out there for 30 min is hurting the team when he's playing this bad.  And no, Du is not the answer long term (I'm not a big fan honestly), but he deserves more minutes the way Kirk has been playing.  Or something.

Yeah people seem no not understand..
That Duhon is a second round pick and a backup point gaurd. His job is not to be an all star. No he can't shoot a jumpshot but hes great from beyond the arc (where he shoots almost exclusivley from) and distributes well. There aren't many backup PG's id wrather have.

hmm
I would like to see the Bulls pick up Jared Jordan. It doesn't have to be long term, just a one year deal.  He is not a great shooter, and not that great on defense, but this guy can pass like mad and in HS and college he was a play maker.
Honestly as much as I love JJ, I don't see him becoming a real star in the NBA. But I think he could be the Derek Fisher for at least a championship team or two.
I think the Bulls already have a full roster, but isn't JamesOn already playing in the D-League? So yeah they'd have to get rid of someone..
Just food for thought.
