Stop slacking, Blog-a-bullers

I am a very busy man.  Very busy, I tell you.  I come to Blog-a-Bull at this time of year so that I can read any nugget about the Bulls that appears anywhere, even crazy, ill-informed articles from across the pond (see Luol Deng diary below).

But today, nothing, zip, nada.  Now, I think to myself, c'mon, there's gotta be something out there to read at this time of the year.  So I look around.  Well, first I found there's a two-part Bulls.com article on Paxson's biggest moves to create a contender, and then I found an article picking Hinrich as the young player most likely to follow Wade in the quest for a title.

Now, really, neither of these things is brand new.  One of you people should already have this diary up.  Slackers.

FanPosts are user-created posts from the BlogABull community, and are to be treated as the opinions and views of that particular user, not that of the blogger or blog community as a whole.

Boooring!
The Paxson fluff article has been in the SportSpyder links section for more than a few days, and I'm surprised anyone reads the poor man's Slam. I agree the last week at blogabull has been pretty brutal between fantasy league nonsense (I have a blogabull members only jacket for the commissioner of the league that has all its members still updating their rosters by the season's end), and a variety of dubious link choices.

I'm requesting that the person who writes a diary linking to the latest NOK/Chandler article (no I won't link to it in this comment) gets banned for at least a week.

And speaking of a dubious link choices, the RotoTimes considers Andres Nocioni "an unstoppable scorer" based on ten games in April. I also question Brian Doolittle's assertion that Nocioni shoots "many free throws," as he was 88th in FTA last year.

Will the Ginobili/Nocioni era ever be over?

benny the bull
what you want me to write another  lame diary about Benny the Bull?

A lame diary about info I heard third hand about Benny's arrest?

Something like when I was watching the Bears-Vikes game on Sunday, my buddy told me that his girlfriend's friend dates Benny the Bull?

And that Benny told her what really happened to cause him to get arrested?

And that what happened was that he was riding away from these off-duty plain clothes "deputies" and that the "deputies" called out to him?  However, because he was wearing his bull head, or whatever, he couldn't hear them?  And so the deputies started running after him, and one of them dropped his glasses? Causing them to break?

So they basically made up that Benny threw a punch?  And arrested him because they are incompetent morons?

Yes that would be lame if I wrote a diary like that.  But that's what I heard, third hand.

That's quite a bit better
than a diary I decided not to write regarding my assesment of Greg Oden's basketball skills after seeing him on the U.S. Cellular concourse at a series vs. Baltimore over the summer.

So that
would be why the charges were dropped against Benny? I mean even if it was heard third hand what happened.

Benny
Why was he wearing his Bull head when he was driving?  Can he even see well out of that thing?

Would you rather I
make shit up like a certain person and claim to have an inside source even though my typing and grammar resemble that of a fucking 12 year old from Downstate?

Aren't you
Down under?

Hey, soon will have real games to talk about instead of fantasy leagues and fluff features on Pax's past performance.

Of course most news coverage will still be of the next (then New) Cubs manager, what went wrong with the White Sox for the 100th time, and is Rex Grossman the second coming of Brett Favre or should the Bears start Kyle Orten?

I feel special knowing
you're down under and feel the urge to waste your vacation time replying to comments I make in reference to some dumbass kid that enjoys making shit up.

yup
it's THAT annoying to read, so feel special.

Don't worry, it's mostly airport time I'm 'wasting'. I wasn't wondering what useless conversation you started each day while riding on the back of a kangaroo or anything.

That I think is worthy to make the front page........but what do I know, I think the Cubs will win the World Series next year :(

I'm confused
First up: That should have been "knew" in my comment. Secondly, I sincerely hope you don't think I'm Kevin because in fact I AM NOT AND THAT IS JUST THE KIND OF THING THAT OFFENDS ME. ;)
And I didn't really get the point of your comment but that probabaly is just a case of me being a lil slow so don't bother explaining it to me since it really is a marginal issue... ;)

I bet
You wish you had an inside source like me.
