Wade Watchers: Sonics say refs don't call it even

Regarding Dwyane Wade

Not only do I agree with this, but I think this also refers to many of the league's superstars.  Wade gets to the line way too much.  Anyone who saw Miami in the playoffs last year would have to agree.  Makes me think how many points MJ woulda got back in the day if they called games as tight as they do now.  I knew Mike got to the line a lot but he woulda been to the line maybe 15 times a game if they had the same fouls called. He woulda averaged close to 40 points a game perhaps.  What really gets me is that the N.B.A. keeps insisting these rules are made to speed up the game and make for a more offensive minded league. But how is a game supposed to speed up with so many whistels and trips to the line a game? I wish Stern would wake up and admit to himself he made a mistake by tightening the game up so much. They should let defenses play defense and not allow superstars traveling calls or expect to go to the line for free points everytime they decide to go down the lane. The league has taken a step back. Let the games be decided by the players not the refs!
