Ok all the headband talk is getting alittle crazy so I thought I would blog about the starting line up again. Yeah thats right the starting line up. I really like Sweetney alot but he needs to get in shape and stay out of foul trouble. Not very sold on PJ Brown as a starter so I was thinking that Malik Allen should be the starting Power forward.
I have noticed Brown and Wallace play better at home than on the road but you can say that for alot of players. I think right now Malik is the most consistant big they have. He can hit the 15 footer and rebound well. Come playoff time were going to need Malik and Sweetney to create the post scoring. I think most of all the Bulls need to Find a Post player if through a trade or through the D-League. Its clear that they will have to cut someone from the 15 and bring in a big from somewhere. I just can't believe their are no big men who can score the ball out there. Call the Dream and see what he's doing this days.jk
Im excited to watch the game tonight because I feel like things can only get better after such a long painful road trip and this is a home game. FINALLY! I would like to see how Wallace plays tonight after all the hoopla. I really do believe the Bulls will be a top team in the east once its all said and done. They just have way too much tallent. The only thing Im disapointed is that the Bulls are playing the Knicks again.
Oh yeah I was going to add with Brown's contract ending after the season how much cap room if any will the Bulls have? I know they have alot of their own players to sign but they should have alittle left over? Im already looking at the free agents next season. I think they will get a top ten pick in the draft which will be used on a big man Im pretty sure. It would seem next season assuming they get their own guys signed and the Knicks pick they should has 2 decent Bigs to help Wallace. Next season should be about size considering that we are the smallest team in the League.
