Sirius Question

Does anyone have Sirius radio that they listen to NBA games with?

I have XM because I love to listen to baseball on the radio. I wish XM had the NBA too, but so far it's only on Sirius. I'm tempted to get Sirius too so that I can hear games other than Heat games (I live in Miami) and national games.

If anyone has experience with Sirius - particularly the NBA coverage, I'd appreciate your opinions.

Sirius
I love it. During the regular season you get whatever announcers they decide on. All games are broadcast but whose broadcast is up to Sirius. For the post season I had a lot of fun listening to both commentators. So you could hear the Washington and the Chicago commentators. I liked listening to the pregame of the opposing team to see what they were saying then going to the homers for the game.

Cool
Thanks for the info.

With XM for baseball you always get the home team's feed. Whether or not you get the pre or post game (at least in the regular season) seems to vary.

It sounds like there's less of a system for the NBA. But I think I'm going to do it. There are a handful of announcers that I'd really like to catch.

I saw the schedule of games on Sirius's site. Is there a way to tell which team's announcers will work the game, or do you just have to tune in and find out?

You have to tune in
but often it seems to be the same ones. It seems that the Bulls are announced by the Bulls announcers about 75% of the time whether home or away. And the Knick almost never have there announcers. Maybe it's contractual?
